Check-In 22. September 8.00 AM - 1.30 PM  / ASSISTANTS need to arrive on the 21st of September latest by 11 AM.

Closing Circle 30. September (latest by 6 PM)

Those who can stay the night are invited to join our last meal together at 7.30 PM.

We highly recommend taking the 1. October to integrate. Besides, you will WANT to stay another day or two, to hang out with the tribe and go on adventures or rest in the beautiful gardens.

Check-Out Rooms (if your not booking additional nights): 1. October 10 AM (you can still use the pool and hang out for the day)

INVESTMENT

The DEPOSIT of CHF 250.- is only to reserve your spot. We kindly ask you to transfer the rest of the payment via Twint/ E-banking at the latest within 24 hours after registering. Otherwise prices may go up if you bought an early bird ticket and your payment hasn't been done before the early bird ends. THE VENUE

The venue is located in a beautiful oasis, surrounded by lush gardens with a view of the Etna. Most rooms are kept in the traditional style and history of the place. Walking through the main house feels like walking through a museum.

Most of what will be served on your plate are freshly picked from their gardens.

In your spare time you can take a dip in the pool or enjoy the views and silence the place has to offer.

Most of the classes will be held in the gardens or in their amazing light-filled shala, which makes it feels like you are outside.

Direct flights from Zürich cost approx CHF 200-400.-

WHAT TO BRING

We will send you a welcome letter 1-2 weeks before the course with all the information you need to know.

LANGUAGE

This training will be held in English. Basic English will do :)

**ASSISTANTS

ZOOM CALL: Prior to the course, there will be a team meeting where everyone will be briefed.

It is mandatory to participate in this zoom call.

WHEN: 12. September at 8-9.30/10 PM (Swiss time).

ARRIVAL:  All Assistants need to arrive on the 21st, latest between 11am-1pm. The sooner, the better. 

DEPARTURE: Earliest departure is the 1. October 11AM

Assistants partake in the full training but will be helping Mahara to hold space during the breathwork and emotional release practices. 

If there is an imbalance of participants (sometimes we do excersises in pairs sometimes in groups of 3) then the assistants will take turns in skipping an excersise if needed.

Assistants need to be flexible and open to helping wherever help is needed. 

Assistants will be having  a brief meeting every evening with Mahara.

Assistants are asked to share the event through social media/ website prior to the training.
