We highly encourage booking at least 1-2 extra nights to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Not only will you have the opportunity to integrate all your experiences, but you'll also want to spend extra time bonding with the tribe and embarking on adventures together or simply enjoying some solitude in nature, which happens every year. Even though you may initially feel that 9 days is ample time, you'll be surprised how quickly it passes, leaving you wishing for more.

A Holistic Center for Personal Development and Well-Being, located in Filzbach, the Swiss Alps, surrounded by majestic mountains, overlooking the beautiful lake Walensee and it's waterfalls, with many wonderful hikes, just in front of your doorstep.

In the 1920's the building was a silk fabric. Today it's been beautiful renovated, keeping the charm of the building.

This training will be conducted in English. Basic proficiency in English is sufficient. :)

** ASSISTANT INFORMATION**

Assistant tickets are limited. To secure an assistant ticket, you can book online, but Mahara will need to speak with you over Zoom to confirm your spot. After registering and making the deposit, please send an email to 4maharamckay@gmail.com with a brief introduction of yourself, explaining why you feel called to support her. Include a photo of yourself, links to your social media pages (Instagram/Facebook/Website), and your background (if any) in this field. 

ZOOM CALL: Prior to the course, there will be a team meeting where everyone will be briefed. Participation in this Zoom call is mandatory.

WHEN: June 14th from 8-9:30/10 PM (Swiss time).

ARRIVAL: All Assistants must arrive by July 4th, at 6PM Assistants don't pay for the extra night on July 4th .

DEPARTURE: The earliest departure for assistants is 14. July approx 8.30 PM.

SLEEPING: Depending on the size of the group you will either sleep in the dorm upstairs or downstairs in the studio. Those who sign up first get first choice. So far there was never an issue. People are always caring about eachothers needs.

ROLE: Assistants participate in the full training but assist Mahara in holding space during breathwork and emotional release practices. In case of an imbalance of participants (exercises are sometimes done in pairs or groups of 3), assistants may skip an exercise if necessary. Some assistants will also hold daily pod groups, as explained in the Zoom meeting.

EXPECTATIONS: Assistants must be reliable, punctual, very flexible, and open to helping wherever needed. They will have a brief meeting with Mahara every evening. Assistants are also asked to share the event on social media/websites prior to the training, if possible.

**HELPER INFORMATION**

Your arrival is on the 5th at 10 AM. Your job is to make sure the toilets have toilet paper, dry towels. Helping the cook after meals wrap up left over foods, emptying the compost. And at the end of the course help wash all the bed sheets, and towels, make the beds when covers are dry, vacuum and wet wipe floors, clean all bathrooms, if needed iron wax off sheets. You wont be alone. In case of an imbalance of participants (exercises are sometimes done in pairs or groups of 3), helpers may take turns on skiping an exercise if necessary. You will definetly get what you need.

IMPORTANT: Your departure is on the 16th late evening or 17th. We start with cleaning on the 16th morning. As most participants go on an excursion day together on the day after the training, which will be the 15th. Helpers must bring their own bedding (sleeping bag/blanket, pillow cover, mattress cover. We can give you our working mattresses and pillows to use. Everyone brings their own towels.
